Most of this work starts with a letter or a deadline rather than with a wish for a nicer walkway. A city inspector writes up the frontage. A listing agent finds a lifted panel two weeks before closing. A property manager gets a tenant report about a lip on the path. A general contractor learns that a large remodel brought the sidewalk into scope. Those are the four situations this work usually covers, and they all have the same shape: somebody needs a measurement, a real price and a finish date.
So that is how we work. We measure the offset at its highest point, photograph the frontage, work out what moved the concrete, and put the scope in writing in plain language. We would rather tell you a grind will do than sell you a pour you did not need, and we will say so when a panel genuinely has to come out.
The floor side of the business runs on the same equipment and the same habits. Polished concrete and epoxy coatings both live or die on how the slab was prepared, which is the part nobody sees and the part we do not shorten.
Our work carries a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. Our hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and we are closed on Sunday. We do not offer emergency service, and we would rather tell you that plainly than promise a truck at midnight.
